Job Description

• Grow the Agent Network – Drive strategies to increase the number of active and transacting agents.
• Increase Revenues per Territory – Work with teams to improve transaction volumes and commissions.
• Lead the TDR team – Manage Team Leads and TDRs to ensure they achieve onboarding and activation targets.
• Ensure Agent Activation & Retention – Collaborate with CRM, Rebalancing, and Operations to make sure newly onboarded agents are supported and transacting.
• Expand into New Territories – Identify high-potential regions and lead sales expansion initiatives.
• Analyze Sales Performance – Track key metrics, review performance reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Launch Sales Campaigns, Incentives & Promotions – Design and oversee initiatives to boost agent engagement and transaction volumes.
• Report & Advise Leadership – Provide regular updates on network growth, revenue performance, and territory expansion plans.
• Market Intelligence – Gather, analyze, and share insights on competitors, agent commissions, and product offerings to refine sales strategies.
